VIII. Method for participating in the tournament The match is an international invitational tournament, and only those invited countries (or regions) can sign up for the match. Each team shall have at most 3 people.

IX. Rules for the tournament The tournament will strictly follow the competition rules in the International Cycling Union

X. Number of participants (number of teams, including the number of people for each team) It is planned that 25 teams will be invited to participate in the match, including 15 men’s teams and 10 women’s teams. Each team will have 3 people. The total number of people will be 75.

XI. Technical officials One international referee (to be appointed by the International Cycling Union) and 20 domestic referees

XIV Timing and scoring The equipment and service of the timing and scoring system will be provided by Omega Company

XV. Conditions of funds The organizing committee will bear the traveling expenses, accommodation expenses and local transportation expenses of the technical delegate appointed by the International Cycling Union; as for the international referee, the organizing committee will bear his/her expenses for accommodation and local transportation and the International Cycling Union will bear his/her international traveling expenses and remuneration; the organizing committee will bear the expenses for accommodation, transportation of the domestic technical officials as well as their remuneration. Each participating team will bear all their own expenses for international traveling and accommodation and the organization committee will provide them with local transportation fees. The organizing committee can recommend to each team hotels with preferential prices.

XVI. Doping test Cyclists will receive doping test in accordance with the doping test regulations of the International Cycling Union.

XVIII. Instruction for signing up Teams receiving the invitation must confirm if they will participate in the tournament at least two months before the tournament. The name list of the participants must be reported to the organizing committee three weeks before the tournament. After confirmation of participation, a team must be sent to attend the tournament, otherwise a fine (at least CHF2,000) shall be submitted in accordance with the relevant regulations of the International Cycling Union.

XIX. Clothes and advertisements The clothes and advertisements of the participating cyclists must conform to the regulations of the International Cycling Union on clothes and advertisements.
